At present, the School of Economics and Management has 145 full-time teachers and 2 specially invited chair professors, including 31 professors, 39 associate professors and 79 lecturers. Teachers with senior positions accounted for 46%; 122 teachers with doctoral degrees, accounting for 84%; 23 teachers with master's degree, accounting for 16%; Master degree or above accounts for 100% of the total number of teachers. There are many outstanding teachers, such as New Century Excellent Talents of the Ministry of Education, Shanghai Outstanding Teaching Teacher, Shanghai Oriental Scholar Distinguished Professor, Shanghai Shuguang Scholar, Young Science and Technology Talents of Transportation, Shanghai Young Oriental Scholar, Shanghai Pujiang Scholar and so on.
